Change & Return Policy

Due to the nature of Allegro Styles Underwear Products, and for the hygiene and health concerns, we don’t accept returns or change requests after receiving the items. No refund is offered after the customer receives the items.

Exception for Defective items

In case the customer received a defective item which has a clear manufacturing or packing error, the customer has the right to change it with new item. If Allegrostyles has no similar item, the customer has the right to choose another item, the customer will bear the difference if the new item is more expensive or will refund the difference if it is cheaper.

The customer also has the right for full refund too.

Exception for Incorrect Items

In case the customer received an item that is different of what was ordered in terms of size or specification, Allegrostyles commit to change the item with the correct one. Or the customer has the right for full refund in this case

Shipping Cost and Timing

Refund process may takes 3 days, Allegrostyles bear the cost of shipping of defective or incorrect items within 3 days of receiving the item.

Customer’s Responsibility for Size Selection

It is the customer responsibility to determine the right size of clothing using Size chart, or contacting our support team for some guidance

Allegro doesn’t accept any return request because of the size imperfection

Order Cancellation Policy

The customer can cancel the order as long as it is not shipped yet, by contacting hello@allegrostyles.com

The customer can receive full refund upon cancellation.

The customer can cancel the order after shipping and before receiving it, in that case shipping cost shall be paid by the customer.

Money Return may takes:

15 days for Credit cards

5 days for Paypal
